Return Policy
Due to the nature of the business,  all our products will only be packed upon orders to ensure quality, freshness and accuracy. As such, we are unable to accept returns.

Exchange policy

You may request for an exchange of product(s) if the product(s) delivered is not what you ordered, or if the product(s) delivered is damaged during transit. Please examine and ensure the accuracy of product(s) upon reception and/ or collection. For health & hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept an exchange once you acknowledged the product(s) during delivery and/ or collection. Product(s) being exchanged must be in their original condition as per reception. Product(s) that has been unwrapped or opened will not be eligible for an exchange. 

Exchanges are subjected to availability. We are unable to guarantee immediate availability of product. Once the returned product(s) has been received, the available replacement product(s) will be sent to you within 3 working days. Customers will be charged for any additional delivery costs incurred.

ITEMS BOUGHT ON SALE ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

Delivery schedule may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from traffic conditions, weather conditions or force majeure for which we are not responsible.
