Can I walk in to buy your products?

How do I place an Order?


Orders can be made via Whatsapp to our mobile +65 9028 9024. Our sales representative will get back to you as soon as possible when they received your texts. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions as written on this website before placing an order with us.




How many days in advance should I Order?


To ensure freshness and quality, we will only collect the herbs from our local suppliers whenever there is an order for us to pack and dispatch. We appreciate your understanding that we need time to process all orders. It is advisable to order at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure we could deliver to you on your preferred delivery date. For urgent orders, please contact us at +65 9028 9024.




Can I pay Cash On Delivery?


Not at the moment. As we assigned all deliveries to our preferred courier company, we are unable to collect cash on delivery.




What is the Payment Method?


Upon order confirmation, payment can be made via Paylah or Paynow to our mobile +65 9028 9024.




How much is the Shipping Cost?


For orders below S$100, there is a courier fee of S$15. For orders above S$100, delivery is free of charge.




Can I return the products if it is not suitable for me?


Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. Since everyone's body constitution is different, we encourage all customers to visit our TCM physician for a pulse reading consultation for a customized herbal concoction based on individual body's needs.




Am I allowed to exchange products?


You may request for an exchange of product(s), if the product(s) you received were different from your order, or in the case of defective or damaged goods. Please examine and ensure the accuracy of product(s) upon reception or collection. For health & hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept an exchange once you acknowledged the product(s) during delivery or collection. Product(s) being exchanged must be in their original condition as per reception. Product(s) that has been unwrapped or opened are not eligible for an exchange.




Can I cancel my order and get a refund?


Yes. Customers are allowed to cancel their orders, however please note that once the order has been shipped out or delivered, we are unable to cancel your order. For cancellation of order, please contact us and our sales representative will get back to you as soon as possible. Please note that the normal processing time for refund (for order cancellation only) is 2 to 3 working days from the date of request. Exclusion: Delivery charges, products on sales, promotion and discounted items are not allow for return/exchange.




How should I store the herbs?


At Yue Shan, we pride ourselves to source for non-sulphur treated herbs. Sulphur is used to make herbs look more attractive, prolong its shelf-life and to kill any insects. However, sulphur reacts with the herbs and changed the chemical composition. We do not recommend mommies to consume 30 days of sulphur treated herbs. Non-sulphur treated herbs however, have a short shelf-life and it is recommended that you refridgerate our product as soon as you received them.




How long can I keep the herbs?


Fresh herbs without sulphur treatment, have a short shelf-life. We will try our best to deliver the herbs to our customers according to their EDD. It is recommended to complete the course of our products within your confinement, if not keep them refridgerated for not more than 3 months.
