The global outbreak of Covid-19 is impacting everyone in unprecedented ways. The health and safety of our staffs and customers is on our top priority and we are committed to providing a safe environment for them.
In order to ensure maximum protection, here are the precautionary measures we took:
- Temporary ceased of home-visit pulse reading sessions. For mommies who are interested to have your pulse reading done, you could consider visiting our physician at the clinic she works at. Please note that Clinic Consultation fees of S$12 will apply. Kindly contact us for more information.
- As a small, family-run business, we will now work from home but we will remain connected and provide uninterrupted services to our customers.
- Self-collection option is temporary unavailable.
- All deliveries will be outsourced to our courier company and deliveries are implementing no-contact by default.
As Covid-19 situation continues to change rapidly, our plans may as well.
This is a difficult time for the world and it is critical that we all come together to do our part as a community. Now it's not the time to take advantages of others or fuss over small matters. Instead, be more giving, appreciative and understanding. This is the time to show solidarity and support for the vulnerable. We have donated to The Courage Fund and Sayang Sayang Fund and you're welcome to donate too!
